Apollo Cleaning Services is committed to fair pay and equal opportunities.
We make no gender-based decisions when setting pay rates, and all vacancies are advertised with consistent, client-agreed pay rates regardless of gender.
As an employer with over 250 employees, we are required by the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 to publish annual gender pay gap data.
In line with our values, we promote the UK Living Wage and London Living Wage where possible, with all roles paying at least the National Living Wage.
